Our training room designs are centered around a powerful wireless video system, that allows your presenter to wirelessly hook up a myriad of video sources including PC laptops, Mac laptops, and iPads to give their presentations. These AV sources are then fed to the in-ceiling projector and projection screen, and the audio is sent to the in-ceiling training room speakers. No matter what seat you're in, you get the same quality presentation.
Training Room Design
Training room AV systems are very similar to a conference room or boardroom design, with just a larger audience. Simplicity is an important factor in or designs, because of the amount of different users that will present. We design your rooms to look and feel the same, whether you're in a small corporate meeting room, the training room, or the executive conference room. For training rooms, because of the size, it is almost always necessary to install an in-ceiling projector and projection screen. These screens can range in size from 123' to 147" diameters, just depending on the length of the room and the distance away to the furthest seated participant. We can install standard in-ceiling projectors into sheetrock or drop-tile ceiling grids, as well as motorized in-ceiling projector mounts that close away when not in use.
