In addition to AV systems for conference rooms, we design and install training room AV systems. Our training room AV systems are very similar to our conference room designs, but on a slightly larger scale. Training rooms typically are designed to accommodate more people for a longer period of time, so our training rooms designs include more in-ceiling speakers, wireless microphones, and usually a larger projector screen. Training room AV systems are designed around the same AV sources as conference rooms, including the wireless laptop presentation device, a desktop PC, and apple TV, so the presenter has the same great selection of inputs to choose from.
We often create multi-screen training room AV designs. We use multiple in-ceiling projectors, projection screens, and commercial LED screens to create the design.
This allows multiple sources to be displayed at the same time, giving a more interactive training environment, and a more fluid presentation without constantly switching sources.
Some of our featured AV products work best in a training room environment, such as lighting control, so we will usually recommend this as an add-on to these rooms. Training rooms should be designed with both fluorescent and halogen can lights. When the AV equipment is turned on using the in-wall touchscreen, the integrated lighting control system will be able to automatically turn off the fluorescent lights and dim the halogen lights to a comfortable level.
We also recommend including glass whiteboards mounted to the walls of your training rooms as an elegant addition and another way for the presentation to be given. Our glassboards won't ghost or stain, and they can be customized with your company's logo.
